  • Connect with other Indigenous young ladies and increase your circle of support.

  • Goal-setting for personal wellness, career exploration, and academics.

  • Enhance your cultural identity, healing & wellness.

  • Promote healthy problem-solving, communication and self-efficacy.

• Activities:

  • Curriculum is based on traditional values: wisdom, humility, sacredness, and generosity.

  • Talking circles and guest speakers.

  • Community service projects and events.

  • SMART goal setting and award ceremony for participants.
